What to expect:
After checking in with us at reception, a team member will give you a quick tour (allow 5-10min). You'll then be free to work out to your heart's content.
Try a class, get a workout in, or just move around our different spaces to get a feel for the place - it's up to you.
To use the gym you'll need to be wearing suitable exercise clothing and shoes, and bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
